How will I know you are the right coach for me?

During our initial conversations and/or discovery session, together we will identify if this is an appropriate fit. How do I get started in the coaching process?

If you are interested in beginning the coaching process, please contact me via email so we can schedule our initial discovery session to further explore the details of the coaching relationship.

What can I expect from you as my coach?

  1. Be a partner in bringing out the best, the deepest, and the truest in you;
  2. Provide safety, encouragement and support; an environment in which you can relax and explore;
  3. Respect the confidentiality of the agreements we make;
  4. Expand your view of what is possible and promote discovery of new insights;
  5. Give you input, straight feedback and operate as a sounding board;
  6. Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase awareness;
  7. Be an ongoing resource for you in accomplishing your intentions.

What if I sign up for this and decide it is not right for me? Do you have a money back guarantee?

Yes, I call it my "participate and get your money back" guarantee. If within the first thirty days of our relationship you show up to the calls and participate fully in the coaching process and decide it is not right for you, you can simply let me know in writing via your client portal or email this is not working for you and I will refund your money according to my refund policy page. To honor the coaching agreement and the coaching process, if you sign up and do not show up for your coaching sessions, do not do the follow up work, etc, then we will not refund your money.


Is this client center and my data secured and safe?

Yes! In fact, there are three levels of security provided to keep your data safe and confidential:  

  1. Username and password protected;
  2. Verisign Security Certificate protects your data on this site; 
  3. Secured private pages (https://)

Is my information confidential?

Yes. This site is protected by a username/password system. You are the only one that has access to your information. In addition, I pledge confidentiality in my communications with you to the extent allowed by law. For more information about that, please see my privacy policy.


Can I contact you in-between our scheduled coaching sessions?

Yes! In the event that you would like support on something that comes up in between our meetings, you can post an inquiry to the Client Log and we can have "just in time" coaching via your Private Client portal.


What is the "Register Now" link and when would I use it?

If you are interested in becoming a client or beginning the coaching process, you can create your own account to access the private client area.  When you "register" I will be notified that your account has been created and will need to activate your account. This could take up to 24 business hours.

How do I access your private client area and how do I log in?

Click on the Login link in the navigational menu of the website. Then enter the username and password that has been assigned to you. Don't have login information yet?  Contact me so we can get an account created for you.

I have a password that I use for most of my on-line accounts.  Can I change the password you assigned to me?

Yes. You will need to log in initially using the password I assigned to you. Once you log in, you can change your password at any time in your Client Profile page, which you will find under the FORMS tab after you log in.

A word of caution: it is generally not good practice to use passwords on more than one account. If you change your password to one you use on other accounts, you acknowledge that it could compromise the security of your account.

What if I forget or lose my password and login information?

If you simply forgot your password, you can still go to the Login page by clicking the Login link. Click on the blue link "forgot password" to the right of the "Login" button and, in the new "Forgot Password" window that pops up, enter your username and click on the "Continue" button. You will receive an email shortly with your password included.

If you misplaced both your username and password, contact me and I will forward you your information.

I’m trying to log in, but it will not accept my username or password, what do I do?

Remember that the login information is case sensitive, so enter it exactly as it was given to you. Also, type in your login credentials. DO NOT copy/paste it, as this procedure can include empty spaces, which count in a password, thus rendering it incorrect. Again, if you do not remember your login credentials, you can contact me via email and I'll forward them to you.


What makes up a "Welcome Packet" and what do I do with this?

A welcome packet consists of some basic forms, documents and resources that will help to get us started in the coaching process. By completing the information in the welcome packet, you are providing me with some helpful information, so that I know best how to support you, guide you and work together with you. It includes a "Client Profile" form, a "Goals" form and also a "Discovery" form, and any other forms personalized for you based on our discovery session.  You will also find our coaching agreement located in this packet. It is customary for you to complete these items prior to our initial coaching session together. You MUST complete the coaching agreement form and make payment as agreed before our initial coaching session. Other forms included or made available to you in the future are for your benefit, and you are highly encouraged to use them.


What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

It's easy! With at least a 24 hour notice, you can reschedule any appointment by using the online calendar system. Just complete the following steps:

  1. Log into your Private Client Website Area.
  2. Click on the Calendar Menu.
  3. Locate and click on the desired block of “Available” time (or if you already have an existing appointment, click on the title of your existing appointment that you wish to reschedule)
  4. Click on the "edit" button and change the details of the appointment to correspond with an "Available" block of time.
  5. The calendar will update itself, you'll see your new appointment reflected, and I will receive an email notification letting me know of the change. 

What about missed appointments?

  1. If you know in advance that you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, you may request a reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment you will miss, as described above. 
  2. If you or a loved one becomes ill or similar circumstances prevent you from giving 24 hours' notice, we will negotiate a replacement session, which may be conducted by email rather than videochat if circumstances prevent making the session up prior to your next scheduled appointment. Please provide as much notice as possible via your client portal, by email, or by emergency contact as instructed in your welcome packet. 
  3. No-shows without notice will not be rescheduled unless you can provide a compelling reason. Contact me via your client portal at your earliest opportunity to explain. I will endeavor to be reasonable, meaning if you were detained by Homeland Security, hospitalized and unconscious, or some other catastrophic event occurred immediately before our session, I will accept the reason. However, if you simply forgot and made no attempt at notification within a reasonable length of time, the session will not be made up. 


How do I easily make my payments for my coaching services?

If you have selected the installment option, Paypal will automatically (and securely) charge your payment  to the payment method you selected for each installment month. You can log in to the private client area, click on the Payments Menu and you will see all charges you have paid and any upcoming payments, using the corresponding tabs.

However, I encourage you to take advantage of our 10% Pay In Full savings if possible, in which case you will not need to worry about making payments. Your credit card may have lower interest charges than our installment option, which carries a 21% annual interest rate.

What are the various methods of payment I can use to pay for my coaching services?

You can pay with Paypal, which includes the option to 
pay with your credit card, debit card, or directly from your bank or Paypal account.  If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact me to provide a secure link which will allow you to pay without creating one if you wish. If you require an invoice, please contact me to manually create one for you. 

Do you have an installment option?

Yes. As mentioned above, my installment option is handled through a Paypal recurring transaction, and the installment payment reflects a 21% annual interest rate. However, if you need to manage cash flow on a monthly basis and your credit card is not a viable or more advantageous option, you are welcome to use the installment plan. Please note that a failed payment may interrupt your coaching experience.
